In implementing the Six Sigma Methodology by "Focus5" our industry has improved its performance by reducing rejection levels to 2.6% in March-2009 from the original level of 11.6% during Oct to Dec-2008 | Vice President - Operations | Fine Alloy Castings Pvt Ltd.
